Letetia Daniels Jackson

President and CEO of Tandeka LLC

Letetia Daniels Jackson is President and CEO of Tandeka LLC, a strategic consulting firm specializing in community and civic engagement, public policy advocacy, government relations, and capacity building for nonprofit organizations. She is nationally recognized for leading successful advocacy campaigns across the Southern region that have driven meaningful policy and systems change.

A skilled coalition builder, Letetia helps organizations and community leaders understand power, navigate policy decision-making, and advance effective change strategies. She convenes the South Alabama Black Women’s Roundtable, an affiliate of the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation’s Black Women’s Roundtable, focused on intergenerational leadership development and civic empowerment.

Letetia has led major philanthropic initiatives, including serving as Project Director for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s $6.5 million Building Capacity to Reduce Tobacco Inequities program and launching an RWJF-funded Advocacy Academy that continues to train advocates across the South. She has also served as Program Director for Groundswell Fund’s Integrated Voter Engagement pilot.

Her board and advisory service includes the RWJF Culture of Health Prize Advisory Committee, HBCU Green Fund (Board Chair), Dothan Downtown Redevelopment Authority (Board Member and Treasurer), and vice president of Les Vingt Socialite Club.

Letetia holds a BBA in Finance from Georgia State University and is a Juris Doctor student at the American Institute of Law (on hiatus). She resides in Dothan, Alabama.
