Family Values @ Work (FV@W) is building power and momentum toward a new economy founded on an infrastructure of caring, equity, and respect. We name and reject our economy’s historic and ongoing dependence on coerced or underpaid labor and the oppression of women—particularly Black and brown women—immigrants, indigenous and enslaved people, and their descendants. We demand a new economy that honors the invisible caregiving work that undergirds every industry and every workplace.

Hiring Process
When we are ready to hire our interns, we will review submitted resumes and letters, and make a selection based on our needs. Selected applicants will go through the following process:
- 30-minute initial interview;
- 30-minute team interview;
- 30-minute final interview with the hiring supervisor;
- Calls with references;
- Offer made to the final candidates;
- Final meeting with the hiring supervisor.
