Mobilize for Care

FV@W is leading the charge to engage, mobilize, and recruit care advocates across the country. Together with our Network, we are working to ensure economic well-being for working families. And we are organizing to win paid family and medical leave, paid sick and safe days, and affordable childcare policies on the local, state, and federal levels on the local, state, and federal levels.

Our right to vote is the foundation of our right to care. Our Democracy & Integrated Voter Engagement Action Team (DIVE) creates the space for everyday people to join our Action Team and be the change they want to see in their communities.

We are cultivating supporters into leaders for an intensive campaign with volunteer opportunities, calls to action, and community mobilization. The program will also include training on cultural organizing, family engagement, and influencing policy. DIVE Action Team members can expect to meet new people, receive leadership development training, share your story, access resources you can share with your community, join in-person volunteer opportunities, and even rock our latest swag!

This program is essential to making sure our voices and votes are heard as change-makers on the right side of history.
