Dena Mottola Jaborska

Dena is the Associate Director at New Jersey Citizen Action (NJCA). She provides leadership and strategy for NJCA’s advocacy and political campaigns, oversees membership and coalition building, and fundraising for NJCA’s advocacy program. Prior to NJCA, Dena served as the Executive Director of Environment New Jersey, a statewide, grassroots environmental advocacy organization and the Executive Director of New Jersey Public Interest Research Group (NJPIRG). She is a convener of the Time to Care Coalition, a statewide alliance of groups working to ensure New Jersey families have paid time off to care for themselves and loved ones.
