Katrina Gonzalez Yuen

Co-Deputy Director Family Forward Oregon

Katrina is the co-Deputy Director (currently interim co-Executive Director) at Family Forward Oregon (FFO). Prior to joining FFO’s team, Katrina served on their board from 2015 – 2021. While on the board, Katrina served as Treasurer and Chair. She has over 20 years of human resources experience ranging from managing compensation and international transfers in corporate global settings to creating award-winning start-up organizations with a focus on culture and workplace flexibility to supporting nonprofits and small businesses.

She believes that equity, inclusion, and belonging practices must constantly be evaluated and implemented at all levels of the organization. Katrina lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and two teenagers. She is navigating life as a caregiver from the “sandwich generation.” She loves to travel and explore with her family, celebrate with family and friends over good food, run to clear her mind, and watch sports! Katrina was born in the Philippines and spent her formative years in Corvallis, Oregon.
